Ingrid is currently the Director of Global Stock Plans for HP Inc. and has been helping private and publicly held companies with in-house equity compensation and outsourcing for over 20 years. She most recently served as Director of Stock Plan Services for Yahoo! Inc. and Associate Director of Compensation Programs and Stock Plans for Roche. Prior to that, she was Sr. Manager of Stock Administration at Gap Inc. Ingrid began her career at Smith Barney as a Registered Representative. Throughout her years in the Equity industry at large multi-national companies, Ingrid has managed annual focal budgets, developed communication and education programs for both Equity and Compensation, been a key partner in M&A deals, implemented tax and income tools, helped to develop financial reporting efficiencies and ensured global equity compliance. Ingrid is a Certified Equity Professional, a frequent speaker at industry events, and currently serves on the Northern California Global Equity Organization as the Sponsor Coordinator and Silicon Valley Chapter Leader.
