Helen is a Partner leading the North Global Employer Services team at Deloitte, based in Leeds. She is an employment taxes and reward specialist with over 28 years’ experience in the field.

Helen’s team provides advice to clients on all aspects of employment taxes, reward and benefits (including salary sacrifice, equity incentivisation, flexible benefits and executive compensation), employee global mobility and a payroll bureau/compliance service.

Helen’s client base ranges from FTSE100 companies to clients in the public sector and smaller private companies. Helen works with employers across a vast range of industries including many in the retail and consumer business sector, advising on all aspects of employment taxes and reward.
