Ayako started her Global HR career at Roche in 2007 and held various roles in Global Centers of Excellence in Attraction and Sourcing, Learning and Development, Compensation and Global Mobility with increasing responsibility.

Ayako holds a bachelor's degree from Sophia University in Japan and a master's degree in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. With her international background and experiences, she is passionate about helping others thrive in new work and cultural environments.
