Anita has been helping companies understand how they need to adapt and evolve their policies and practices, both in the UK and on a global level, to meet these challenges, including issues around executive pay and links to wider workforce remuneration, workforce engagement and the changes in employment status and worker rights.
Anita leads a number of global accounts encompassing areas such as global mobility, reward and international employment issues with a particular focus on the TMT sector.
