Welcome to the Deloitte Global Employer Services EMEA Client Conference 2018 website!
We have greatly enhanced our website this year. Our aim is to give you a compelling and interactive experience – showcasing the great learning and networking opportunities that the conference will afford you.
As you can see from the website banner our conference theme is centred on the challenge of readiness.
Global mobility and reward functions are having to deal with a fast-moving and ever-changing landscape like never before. Forces driving change include evolving human capital and mobility trends, generational and geopolitical influences, what feels like a constantly shifting regulatory environment, including increased pressure to manage and protect personal data, and not least innovation driving new ways of working, teaming and communicating, as well as accelerating the digital agenda.
Our objective during the conference is to support you as you navigate your path through this shifting environment through better understanding, knowledge sharing and future visioning.
Reflecting attendee feedback from last year, and the invaluable guidance provided by the conference Client Executive Advisory Board, we are pleased to announce a number of exciting updates to the 2018 Conference in Prague. These include:
- Greater opportunities for formal and informal peer-to-peer networking and knowledge exchange, supported by profiling of attendees on topic interest and professional experience
- Shorter, sharper delivery of selected sessions – ‘Green Dot Talks’
- An enhanced, interactive collaboration and networking area, ’The Park’
- The introduction of an exciting new conference session – iChallenge – designed to open minds, stretch imaginations and support improved resilience and wellbeing!
- Enhanced communications channels – an enriched website, exciting new conference app capability and a platform to support conference community interaction post-conference.
In addition to these new features, as in previous years, we can assure that attendees will experience a thought-provoking, interactive and enriching client conference which will bring together thought leaders and subject matter experts across global mobility, reward, tax, immigration and digital; delivering content via plenary sessions and iShare / iLearn breakouts, as well as a new interactive iChallenge session.
